Material Management

Material Planning: Our planners work closely with the customer to manage our inventory levels in order to prevent material shortages and to minimize excess and obsolescence while avoiding the cost of expediting materials.

Material Sourcing: Our buyers locate sources that provide best quality, non-counterfeit products at the best competitive price. ECMMS also follows the customer’s approved vendor’s list for those customers who manage their own Product Bill of Materials (BOM).

Asset Recovery: Our processes are capable of screening, cleaning and identifying non counterfeit re-usable components, electronic parts and sub-assemblies for re-use in repairing products which are past the end of service life cycle.

Warehouse Management

Screening and Testing

Our shop floor control systems captures Product serial numbers and process data into customized reports per customer’s needs. We offer a web enables platform from which a customer can view data and download reports.

Our shop floor control processes provide counterfeit detection, avoidance and prevention.

Kitting and Packing

ECMMS provides cost effective customized kiting solutions specific to our domestic and international customers and per local and international regulations. Our shop floor control enables the customer to make last minute changes and our packaging optimization capabilities result in lower shipping costs per kit.

Repair Capability

ECMMS provides repairs for a variety of consumer and commercial/business products. Our repair processes are OEM certified and repairs are performed by certified (APICS and IPC) technicians in a site certified to ESD20.20, ISO 9001, OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
